Reception staff, Isaiah pulled out all stops to get us rooms close to each other. We ended up with 2 king suites on lowest level with compromised views. But better rooms with our children close to us made all the difference. Great service Isaiah. Further to this room cleanliness, room spaciousness, staff helpfulness and abundance of restaurants.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the concierge/bellhop staff was a great introduction to the property. The check-in process was also friendly and efficient, as was the check out (in person) process. Having so many things-to-do under one roof was very nice and convenient, although we were not interested in the main attraction, the casino, at all.

The location, the hotel and it's property is beautiful and well maintained. We weren't not expecting holiday decorations but I'm glad we didn't miss it, they were enormous and amazing. The view of the city from our room was equally as nice.

Ronny one of the managers went above and beyond with checking my grandparents in and making their stay special. He was attentive, friendly and very welcoming with their first time staying and visiting the MGM.

Jasmine

Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean, Housekeeping staff were amazing and ROSA on the 11th floor went beyond the call of duty !!! I would so return !! Bottled water in the room was a plus.
